Quick and Easy Strawberry Shortcake

While this strawberry shortcake is not true shortcake, it is an elegant-looking, virtually fat-free dessert that's a cinch to prepare. Simply grab some store-bought mini angel food cakes, or buy an angel food loaf, add fresh strawberries, a dollop of fat-free whipped topping, and adorn with a little fat-free chocolate syrup if you desire. In no time at all you'll have a lovely dessert fit for any occasion, especially Mother's Day.
