Chicken Parmesan is among many people's favorite chicken dishes, and no wonder. The combination of a crunchy breadcrumb-coated chicken breast topped with cheese and a tangy marinara sauce is indeed a delicious one. But, not to be a party pooper, it's also a high-calorie, high-fat entrée. So here’s an equally crunchy chicken breast topped with somewhat less cheese and a tangy but low-sodium marinara sauce that should still satisfy your taste buds.
