Curried Cauliflower and Potatoes

Not dissimilar to the Indian dish Aloo Gobi, but without using ghee (clarified butter), and using ground garam masala instead of whole spices, this curried cauliflower and potatoes dish makes a tasty and filling low-fat, high-fiber meal. Enjoy this fragrant dish with naan bread or whole grain rice.
