Can We Still Eat Peanut Butter if We're Eating Low Fat?

Wednesday September 6, 2006

Peanut Butter is very high in protein and omega 3 fatty acid known for it’s fat counteracting capabilites. This in conjunction with a low calorie diet is fine.

Angela, you obviously seem to know what you’re talking about. I am a 46 year old, intermediate bodybuilder and want to continue to add mass while keeping bodyfat low. Besides trying to eat high protein- lowfat foods, I use the typical Whey protein 100 grams a day, Creatine, Branch chain aminos, and Nitric Oxide- what other product would be good for growth hormone release (natural)? my email is krull_10@yahoo.com
