Can I Eat Beef as Part of a Low-Fat Diet?

Here we are in the middle of grilling season, where steaks, burgers and all-beef hotdogs are tossed on to grills with scarcely a second thought. But if we’re eating low fat, should we really be eating beef at all, given that it’s one of the main sources of artery-clogging saturated fat and cholesterol in our diet? While I certainly wouldn’t recommend eating beef more than once a week, it can fit into a low-fat diet, so long as you know what to look for and how much of it to eat. Find out more.
