The Great Grill-Out Recipe Exchange

We wind up our recipe exchange for Memorial Day with this easy, elegant and delicious Grilled Dill Salmon, from Laura Dolson, About’s Guide to Low Carb Diets. True, salmon is a fatty fish, but most of the fat is of the heart-healthy kind. Salmon contains essential omega-3 fatty acids, which the body is unable to manufacture for itself. Omega-3 fatty acids are thought to protect against heart disease, inflammation and certain cancers.
