Easter Eggs

Thursday April 13, 2006
After the egg hunt is over, treat your family to some eggs for breakfast or brunch. Make a low fat Ham, Cheese and Spinach Strata (pictured), which you can prepare the night before, some Eggs Florentine, or some Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon. For more ideas for your Easter menu, take a look at these low fat Easter recipes.
