Chocolate Truffles

My girls love to help me make these tasty little chocolate truffles. They make a great holiday gift from the kitchen. Using light cream cheese instead of heavy cream, you can enjoy these sweet treats without feeling too guilty. When we make them at Christmas, we like to add a little peppermint extract, then we roll them in cocoa powder or confectioner's sugar.
