Spicy Red Snapper

Red snapper is a firm-textured, mild-tasting fish that can be used in many ways. Full of important B vitamins, potassium and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, as well as an excellent source of protein, red snapper makes a great healthy and nutritious choice. This red snapper is marinated in a citrus vinaigrette with a generous dose of salt-free Cajun seasoning.
