Peach and Blueberry Smoothie

Thursday June 23, 2005
Smoothies are a great way to entice your kids to get their daily intake of fruit, as well as sneaking in some extra calcium. One of my children loves fruit in any shape or form; the other is very picky. Smoothies or shakes are somehow more appealing to her. This smoothie combines juicy, ripe peaches and plump blueberries, both of which are readily available and moderately priced at this time of year. Out of season, frozen fruit works perfectly. Here are two more smoothies for you to try: Banana Mango Smoothie and Berry Smoothie.
