Summer Fruit Salad

There are no real rules when making a fruit salad. Simply make the most of the rainbow of ripe, colorful fruits that are available at this time of year. This fruit salad is a blend of my favorites: mangoes, nectarines, blueberries, strawberries and kiwifruit. Add a mix of fresh orange juice and lemon juice to marinate the fruit, and chill. Serve just as it is or with a dollop or two of low fat vanilla yogurt or whipped topping.
