Low Fat Buttermilk Dressing

I'm not a big fan of low fat or fat free bottled salad dressings, so I was intrigued by the mention of a homemade low fat buttermilk dressing in a recent article by Jennifer Scott, About’s Guide to Weight Loss. I wasn’t the only one: due to popular demand, she provided the recipe.
