Hearty Soups

A recent spate of colds and sniffles at our house has prompted me to make soup. To be honest, my children are perfectly happy with a cup of their favorite canned tomato soup with a few fish-shaped crackers on top. When I’m feeling under the weather, though, I like to make this hearty, high-fiber, almost fat-free Bean and Pasta Soup (pictured). Other favorites of mine include this velvety Sweet Potato and Squash Soup and a quick and easy Black Bean Soup.
