If you’re trying to lose weight, which diet should you follow? A study published in the January 5th 2005 Journal of the American Medical Association says it doesn’t matter, so long as you stick closely to whichever one you choose. Calorie restriction in some form underpins all diets. Do it over a long period and you will lose weight. Whether all diets are equally healthy in the long run, however, remains to be seen.
