Going Bananas

Saturday October 23, 2004
There's nothing quite like warm, moist banana bread for a mid-morning snack or even as part of a makeshift breakfast (think of it as a flattened muffin!). It's a family favorite in our house, and a good way to sneak some kind of fruit into my finicky four year old. Sometimes I add a handful of chocolate chips for an extra special treat, but it really doesn't need it.
